Burger King in Orlando

It was really bad they would not let us in and and they said “we have two person we can not make food have a good night”. I would not recommend and do not Come here if you are really hungry they will not help you and ps they close at 10 not 12 we where there at 11:37. I would give it a ZERO STAR IF I COULD :(

Customer service was poor. They didn’t say hello or even acknowledge that we were here. Said they are discontinuing the ciniminis when the sign says they’re back’.Overall poor experience and execution. Be better.

The burger was good and the order was done super quick. They need to clean the customer area a bit more often.

Everything was great! Quick service, once I realized that I ordered curb side pickup from the wrong burger king. The manager just filled the order without any problems and explained that it happens because they have 2 locations so close on the same road..

Sticky floors, old food left on table and dirty seats. fries all over and music so loud it chould be a dance club and Additionally, not the friendliest of workers

The whopper was good, fries tasted like they were re-dipped, but the lobby was gross. Drink area was in shambles and out of condiments and trash everywhere.

Ordered Tacos first time trying at BK and ordered 10pc chicken nuggets that I usually like. Tacos came out like very hard as if over cooked in a microwave. Nuggets tasted stale as if they took nuggets cooked two days ago and just microwaved them. Except for the chocolate chip cookies and the Dr. Pepper I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will not be going to this BK again.

Poor English. Dirty. Slow service. We were told to pull around drive through and wait for food but no one ever came out. After waiting for 10 min we had to walk in to get our food. Even for BK this was a bad dining experience.

Very unsatiary place. The drink machine is disgusting. There is a horrible smell coming from the drink machine. You can tell the staff doesn't or hasn't cleaned it in a very long time. Service is OK. Everyone speaks spanish, so u might have to prepare yourself to point and give finger gestures. Make sure u ask for fresh food.

the afternoon shift manager was very unprofessional. I asked to Have the restroom cleaned, she yelled at me and told me it was rush hour and they have no time to do that

It's the typical BK. Very good service; however, service begins to bog down when there's a lot of customers. [ 4 stars because there are some quality issues that can be improved ]

Things slightly overpriced at this location. Half of staff seems nice. Hot n fresh food.

Food was cold here also maybe that is a new thing . It was fresh but meat was cold SAD.

Bread was dry, onion rings were old and lobby not clean. When asked what was their health score no one knew. An it was not posted anywhere in the store to be seen. I do not recommend this restaurant.

It's a BK and the staff if it's the female manager running the show is quite nice. It's weirdly humid in here though and the floors seem to have their own sweat so I recommend just doing drive-thru vs dine in.

I must say, employees were very friendly. They brought the food to us and environment overall was nice and clean.They have outdoor seating, area is well managed and clean.Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Store was overall a clean store.

I ordered a whopper on a small bun which I always do and the guy at the register said he could not do it that if he did it would make it a jr burger. I told him can't you just tell them to make it that way he said no. so rude. I have never had that problem.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and one meat was cold and the other was warm the cheese was cold, drink taste weird and my fries were very cold. Had to toss my lunch away. Will never go back or recommend this place.

I’m here simply because they forgot my fries. One start. Because I simply love French fries.

I went to this location last night after some family fun in the Orlando area, the staff was, let's just say......I wouldn't go back. I checked my bank account this morning and after the service we received, they charged my card twice for the same transaction. I attempted to call the phone number and it didn't exist. I looked it up on the internet ,and that phone number didn't exist. I called my bank to dispute the charge. I guess it's tough to find reliable help these days.

Nasty store.dried out food like it was there all flipping day.didnt even try to warm the food up..

Terrible service. Literally screwed up my order 3 times and still couldn't get it right. Didn't speak english well at all. Spoke too fast. Didnt ask me if I wanted any sauces. They didn't care at all about the customer experience. Will NEVER give there again!

Missing a sandwich. Onion rings cold and chewy

I was standing there for over 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. 4 employees in the front were standing by the register talking. They avoided eye contact with me and continued their conversation. The person who came to acknowledge me was the person in the back with gloves on who was preparing food. He said "someone will be right with you " and then Stared at the employees talking until one of them turned around and took my order. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my French fries were fresh hot and crunchy.

Tried the impossible whopper and it is really good will continue to go here to get it

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Went inside. A worker was counting out one register, other register was not open. Not one person made eye contact, or offered an explanation as to why no registers inside were open, but drive through was running. Waited 5-7 minutes and finally just left. There were 5 people in line. Will never go back to this Burger King

The person working at the window this evening was exceptional. She gave great service and has a caring personality. I believe she was the manager or team lead.

They took forever and when the food was finally done the order was wrong. Their side salad doesnt even look like how it use to. Looks like they make the side salad when people order them off the sandwich station. They were also cleaning the ceiling while food was getting prep.

Nice location, easy to access also has wheelchair entryway and table setting. Service is friendly and prompt. The food is good.

Took way too long to serve the food and skipped our order, apparently the receipt didn't "go through", absolute incompetence.

I waited 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get a Whopper with some onion rings. Didn't even tell me they didn't have onion rings until I got to the window. Then I drive by the lobby and there are 3 employees sitting around.

Food not as well prepared at this location as other Burger Kings. My whopper felt as though it had set out for a little while and I threw away half of it.

Wish I could give no stars horrible service none of the employees spoke English including management. Everyone was rude worse experience ever. Waiting for the corporate office to call me bacl regarding the level of service. They didn't have any condiments. Ask for corporate phone number the manager gave me her cell phone number instead unacceptable

This was the nastiest Burger King I've ever visited! First, they wouldn't take a drive through order at 9 pm unless you were with Uber Eats and we had to go inside the restaurant, then they only had certain items as they were out of a lot of food. The trash was literally overflowing onto floors and was all over tables. Then we had to pay $7 on a credit card because they couldn't break a $20 bill! The employees attitudes were terrible. I would definitely avoid this one!

One of the slowest BK I have ever been to. The guy in the register seemed lost and did not speak very good english. This BK is located in a major tourist area and the service is awful. 😖😒

The store provides a service similar to any other in the food chain, according to my experience, the attention was quick and the place was in good cleaning condition. I went with my children and they had a wonderful time. I do not recommend going very often because food is not the healthiest.

By far the mos pathetic BK ever. 1) Drive thru was unavailable. 2) Floors were littered with trash and it was wet under the soda dispenser which had no ice. 3) The staff had ZERO personality and looked at people with blank stares. They all looked miserable! Sad really. I love the whopper. I will NEVER step inside this location. And be warned...if you go late and drive away without checking your order, your burgers will be hard as a rock because they were made hours and I mean hours before. Again, pathetic.

Probably a 3.7 🌟. The service here was actually not bad, and the food was decent.

I would give them negative stars if possible at this point. 5-6 months ago I gave them a great review. Now after the last 3 months I won't go there for any reason. Their drive thru was always my go to but now their credit/debit card readers have not worked for 3 months (honestly how does that even happen under a manager who cares about the facility?) You will have to go into this BK to get an order to go but this location is always way to busy to even think about being happy walking into the place while their drive-thru no longer operates. I don't know what happened here but I would avoid it at all cost until you see reviews saying that they gotten it back to normal operation. Please trust me on this one
